 Q: Worst cover? What is the worst cover of a book that you've read and loved?

A: The worst cover on a book I have read and loved must be Freaky Green Eyes by Joyce Carol Oates.

I really liked that book, it was great! But the cover was so disturbing. Just take a look:











Very ugly right? 






BTW: Gærne grønne øyne mens Freaky green eyes. This is how the Norwegians book looks like.

    There are so many things wrong with this cover. But the thing that disturbs me the most is the head. Just awful- seems out of proportion, distorted, etc.

    Oh, yikes. I almost prefer the American version, which I've always avoided when I go to the library. But a good book's a good book, so maybe I'll pick it up anyways!

Feature and Follow is a weekly meme hosted by  Alison Can Read  and  Parajunkee Q: What is the BIGGEST word you've seen used in a book lately - that made you stop and look it up? Might as well leave the definition & book too. A: To be honest, none. I haven't seen a word that I had to look up. Of course I have seen words I don't know, but I have understood them, since I understood the rest of the sentence.
